Full Legal Wedding Package

You will experience two types of ceremonies: the religious part will be performed first, followed by a civil ceremony. The religious part will be conducted by a representative of the couple’s own religious belief (i.e. a priest for Catholics, a Minister for Protestants, a celebrant for Hindus and Buddhists and a Penghulu for Muslims). You are also required to present a ’Certificate Of No Impediment’“ or similar document issued by their consulate or Embassy Representative Within Indonesia for the civil ceremony. Requirements to obtain certificate of no impediment will be based on the couple’s nationalities. There will be two certificates presented at the end of ceremony, one from the church and the other from the civil register.

· Transfers service to the consulate in Bali (if any)

· Assistance of Bali Exotic Wedding staff during the ceremony
· 2 (two) flower girls in traditional Balinese costume

Document required:

    • For Overseas :
      • Copy of passport (both partners)
      • Copy of birth certificate (both partners)
      • Copy of passport of two witnesses (we can be your witnesses)
      • Widows and Widowers must present a copy of the divorce or death certificate of the former spouse
      • Letter of No Impediment to marriage, which is legalized by representative embassy or consulate in Bali/ Indonesia, certifying that there is no objection to the couple getting married in Indonesia.
      • 8 photographs size 4×6cm (the groom on the right-hand side when facing on the camera)
    • For Indonesian Couple or one of spouse is Indonesian :
      • Copy KTP
      • Copy Kartu Keluarga
      • Copy Birth Certificate
      • Surat keterangan belum menikah dari Lurah setempat
      • Formulir N1 – N4
